Return Eligibility

Customers may return or exchange items within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new or like-new condition

  • Consumable items must remain sealed and unused

  • Order number

  • Full name on the order

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of damaged items if applicable

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Final sale products

  • Food products

  • Personal care items

  • Health and beauty items

  • Seasonal products

  • Bulk purchases (5 or more units)

Bulk purchases may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Once returned items are received:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days

  • Funds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
